Johnathon Busing
Joint Company Secretary & Non-Executive Director
Mr Busing is currently the Founder and Director of Eleven Corporate. He specialises in advising ASX listed companies on compliance, mergers and acquisitions, consulting and statutory accounting requirements. Mr Busing was a forensic accountant at RSM before joining Mining Corporate in 2011 and was responsible for the compliance and requirements of ASX listed and unlisted entities. Mr Busing is the current Company secretary for multiple ASX listed entities, a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and holds a public practice certificate.

David Greenwood
Non-Executive Director
David Greenwood has extensive experience in resources across a broad range of commodities. He has worked internationally in the resource industry in exploration, production, marketing, business development and investment analysis. David has held senior executive positions in mining/exploration companies including a number of Board positions in junior exploration companies. His last major role was Managing Director of ASX listed Orange Minerals Limited and prior to that CEO of Godolphin Resources Limited.

Mr Mosig, a geologist with over 50 years of experience in gold, platinum, diamond and specialty metals was previously the founding Managing Director of Helix Resources Limited (ASX: HLX) and Platina Resources Limited (ASX: PGM). He is currently a Non‐Executive Director of Future Metals NL (ASX: FME).
