Johnathon Busing
Joint Company Secretary & Non-Executive Director
Mr Busing is currently the Founder and Director of Eleven Corporate. He specialises in advising ASX listed companies on compliance, mergers and acquisitions, consulting and statutory accounting requirements. Mr Busing was a forensic accountant at RSM before joining Mining Corporate in 2011 and was responsible for the compliance and requirements of ASX listed and unlisted entities. Mr Busing is the current Company secretary for multiple ASX listed entities, a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and holds a public practice certificate.

David Greenwood
Non-Executive Director
Mr Greenwood has specific expertise in resources evaluation and financing, from exploration through to mine development, in addition to business development, minerals marketing and investor relations. Mr Greenwood is currently Managing Director of Orange Minerals Limited (ASX: OMX) and a Non-Executive Director of Argent Minerals Ltd (ASX: ARD). He was previously CEO of Godolphin Resources Limited (ASX: GRL) based in Orange NSW and a former Director of Askari Metals Limited (ASX: AS2).
